Mr. Fabio Manca
Director, Working Capital Solutions at Arviem AG

Mr. Fabio Manca started his professional career in the banking sector and then in the area of management consulting. Mr. Manca worked for the Deutsche Post DHL Group for 25 years, developing between 2014 and 2016 a new line of products integrating inventory finance solutions and logistic services.

In 2019, Mr. Manca joined Arviem AG to lead the Working Capital Services division for the implementation of the company’s innovative portfolio of trading and financing solutions.

Mr. Paolo Bettin
CFO, MV Agusta

With over 35 years of experience working at various prestigious companies, Mr. Paolo Bettin joined MV Agusta back in March 2019 as CFO.  Mr. Bettin began his career at PwC and continued to gain valuable financial experience in Carraro S.p.A as Group Controller and Foreign Finance Area Supervisor. Later on, Mr. Bettin held the CFO position at Stabila/ Deroma Group and prior to arriving at MV Agusta, the CFO position at Maschio Gaspardo Group. Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Padua since 1989 and Auditor since 1995.
